Largo, MD - August 8, 2021 Kenwood Management Company announced today that it had executed two lease renewals with the Prince George’s County Government for 23,935 square feet at 9475 Lottsford Road, in Largo, MD. Prince George’s County has been a tenant in this project for nearly 30 years.
Ken Fellows and Keiry Martinez from Edge Commercial along with Laura Murrer from Kenwood represented the Landlord.
Lottsford Business Center is a multi-tenanted office, flex and warehouse project located about 2 miles from the Capital Beltway and ¼ mile from the new Medstar operated Largo Hospital. Kenwood has owned this property since 2001 after purchasing it from the Archin Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.
