Kenwood Management Company was founded in early 1997. We have steadily grown our Baltimore and Washington DC-based office, medical, flex, and warehouse portfolio. We are stable, long-term owners with over 190 tenants representing local, regional, national, and international businesses. The principals of Kenwood have an ownership interest in every property that we manage and we provide consistent annual returns to our investors.
We invest in properties that have multiple tenants. This ensures a more stable investment and reduces risk.
Tenants are everything. They are at the center of nearly every decision and action that we take. Our goal is to ensure that they renew their lease with us, over and over and over again.
