White Marsh, MD - December 9, 2021 - Kenwood Corporate Drive Investors, LLC, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announced today that MedStar Health has expanded and extended its lease in Tyler Ridge at 8013 and 8019 Corporate Drive. MedStar now leases nearly 36,000 square feet at the project and has committed to remain there until early 2026.

Kenwood owns 120,566 square feet of single-story office space, situated in five different buildings in White Marsh. Some of the other tenants include Kaiser Permanente, NVR, and Fresenius. Kenwood purchased these buildings in 2016 and 2018 from Corporate Office Property Trust and Fernau-LeBlanc Properties. Currently available lease opportunities range from 3,814 to 6,227 square feet.
