McLean, VA - December 9, 2021 - Two Kenwood-affiliated entities, along with Avanti Capital, Mark Gross and Steve Tourkin, have purchased 6862 Elm Street in McLean. The 104,000 square foot office building, also known as McLean Plaza, is leased to a variety of medical and commercial tenants, including MedStar, Virginia Hospital Center and Contrack International. The transaction also includes a 0.4-acre park located adjacent to the property.

The building was developed in 1981 and renovated in 2011. Kenwood Management Company will manage the property and Larry Fitzgerald and Cole Spalding with Newmark will be the leasing agents. Jud Ryan from Newmark was the investment sales broker representing the seller.
