Kenwood plans numerous upgrades to the building, including common area finishes, parking lot rehabilitation, new exterior signage, and improved landscaping.
Bill Singer, a Principal with Kenwood commented, “We are very excited to add the Quarry Building to the Kenwood community. With the property situated directly adjacent to a 3.5 acre wooded lot that includes a small lake, it provides tenants with unique amenities in the market.”
Going forward, Kenwood will be represented by Laura Murrer, Asset Manager. Laura stated, “The Quarry Building is a great addition to Kenwood’s Maryland portfolio. It is centrally located in the Baltimore-Washington corridor and offers convenient access to Routes 29 and 32 as well as I-95, making it an ideal location for our tenants and their employees.”
