Capitol Heights, MD - August 2, 2021 Hampton Centre East LLC, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, executed a second lease and expanded Sunbelt Rentals at its Capitol Heights, MD location. Sunbelt now leases 16,511 square feet at the multi-tenanted project. Sunbelt also leases warehouse space at another Kenwood-owned building on Preston Court in Jessup, MD.
In the most recent lease transaction, Sunbelt was represented by Scott Dumler and Scott Wingrat from Cresa Partners.
9201 – 9251 Hampton Overlook is a 72,000 square foot small bay warehouse project that is located off Hampton Park Boulevard just inside the Capital Beltway.
