BETHESDA, Md. - Nov. 15, 2018 - Occupancy at Kenwood Management’s White Marsh project is 92 percent. Kaiser Permanente, Health Quest Chiropractic & Physical Therapy, Keller Williams Realty, Community Christian Church, and LifeLogics were notable tenants who signed lease agreements in 2018.

An affiliate of Kenwood purchased the 131,000-square-foot project from Corporate Office Properties Trust in September 2016. At the time, the project was 77 percent leased. Meghan Roy, Joe Bradley, Matt Mueller, and Henson Ford from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented Kenwood’s leasing team.

The multi-tenanted, single-story office project is located by I-695 and I-95, walkable to The Avenue at White Marsh, and less than 1 mile to numerous hotels.
