BETHESDA, Md. - Apr. 30, 2018 - Though leased to Barron’s Lumber, a Rockville warehouse appears headed for service as a sports facility.
Barron’s, with building owner Kenwood Management, has submitted an application to convert the warehouse to an eight-field indoor facility. A soccer operator called SoFive, which operates similar indoor facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, would bring its brand of indoor soccer to this area. The warehouse is 55,000 square feet. And it never rains inside.
Kenwood is a property investment and management firm based out of the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore metropolitan submarkets with a unique approach to how we create value for our tenants and investors.
