Kenwood Management Company completes 5-year renewal with CenturyLink in Bethesda, Maryland

Bethesda, Md. — April 23, 2026 — Kenwood Building Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announced today that it has completed a 5-year lease renewal with CenturyLink at 5272 River Road in Bethesda, Maryland.

CenturyLink provides high-speed fiber and DSL internet services, along with home phone and television solutions. The company has been a tenant at the Kenwood Building since 2012, serving both residential and business customers throughout the region.

The Kenwood Building is a 54,000-square-foot office property acquired by Kenwood Management Company in 1996. The building is designed to accommodate smaller tenants, with suites typically ranging from approximately 1,100 to 2,200 square feet. The property is currently 90 percent leased, with a limited number of suites available.

Located along River Road in Bethesda, the property sits directly across from Whole Foods and within walking distance of Westbard Square, which includes tenants such as Giant Food, Starbucks, and Tatte Bakery & Café. The location offers convenient access to nearby residential communities and neighborhood retail amenities.

Kenwood was represented in the transaction by Jack Alexander of AMR Commercial, who also represents Kenwood for ongoing leasing activity at the property.
