Kenwood Management Company announced today that, through its affiliate, Lottsford of Landover, LLC, has executed a 4 ½ year lease extension with Corvias and Clean Water Partners at Lottsford Business Center, 9475 Lottsford Road, Largo, Maryland.
Corvias has been a tenant in the building since 2018. Corvias assists Prince George’s County, Maryland, government in improving its stormwater infrastructure.
Kenwood was represented by one of its Principals, Bill Singer.
Lottsford Business Center is ideally located at I-495 (Capital Beltway) and Maryland Route 202. Adjacent to the Prince George’s County government center, within walking distance of the Largo Metro and the University of Maryland Medical Center, the project sits at the center of business and medical activity for the County.
Kenwood purchased 9475 Lottsford Road from the Archon Group in 2001. The building consists of a combination of warehouse, flex, and office spaces and is currently 97% leased. In September 2025, 33,000 SF of warehouse space will become available for lease and is being marketed by Kenwood’s broker, Ken Fellows from KLNB.
