Kenwood Taps Heath Design Group for B&O Building Renovation

Heath Design Group has been selected by Kenwood Management Company to provide interior design services for the renovation of the lobby and common areas of the B&O Building on North Charles Street.

Kenwood Management recently purchased the office and retail portion of the 13 story building which opened in 1906 as the headquarters for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad.

The design will include recommendations for new finishes, lighting and accent furniture throughout the common areas (including restrooms and elevators), the development of a "building standards" finish package and material boards to be used for marketing purposes. Heath Design Group will also provide architectural design services on an on-call basis for prospective tenants in an effort to lease the remaining office space.
