located at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and West 7th Street in the
City of Frederick, Maryland. This center provides convenient access to Hood College and Frederick Hospital. Safeway occupies a 40,720 sf company owned
store and the balance of the center consists of 35,000 sf of inline stores
anchored by CVS Pharmacy. Three pad sites contain facilities for Taco Bell,
